Legendary Irish father god and
one of the great leaders. He was supposed to possess super-human strength
and appetite. He had three great possessions; an enormous club that
could kill and restore men to life, so heavy that eight men were needed
to carry it, and was drawn around in a cart; a great cauldron which
provided an inexhaustible source of food; and a magic harp with which
he was said to call forth the seasons of the year.
