Gwydion
Druid
of the mainland gods, son of Don and nephew of Math, lord of one of
the welsh kindoms. Wizard and bard, Prince of the Powers of Air, a shape
shifter. He once helped his brother seduce Gowein, a servant in Math's
court, by stirring up a quarrel between Math and Pryderi,
another lord, which meant the King went away to war. When Math returned
and found out what had happened he changed the nephews into a stag and
a hound for one year, a boar and a sow for the next and a pair of wolves
for the third.
