A dolmen - (also known as cromlech, anta, Hünengrab, Hunebed, Goindol, quoit, and portal dolmen) is a type of single-chamber megalithic tomb, usually consisting of three or more upright stones supporting a large flat horizontal capstone (table). Most date from the early Neolithic period (4000 to 3000 BC).
In the Arthurian legend, Sir Lancelot of the round table, was considered the greatest and noblest of all the knights. He was involved in many of King Arthur's victories, however his secret romance with Queen Guinevere eventually split up the famous round table.
